The small print...
For all our private parties and events --
RESERVATIONS: We want to make your occasion special, give us a chance to do just that with a little bit of advance planning. We’re just a phone call or email away. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit payable at time of reservation. Deposits are applied to your final party invoice.
BIRTHDAY/CHILDREN'S PARTY TIMES:
Saturdays at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm or 5:00 pm
Feel free to check our "EVENTS CALENDAR" for scheduled parties. We notate all booked parties as "Birthday Party - First Name!" We do our best to respect our customers' privacy, let us know if you prefer no name. We update our calendar as reservations/ deposits come in so there's a 99.9% chance it's the most current information!
AGES: Guest of honor should be turning six years old or older for parties at FireWorks Art Cafe. Guests can be any age.
COST: $25.00 FEE for cleanup, party table covers, incidentals and dedicated party hostess during the painting portion of the party.
DURATION: All parties are booked for 1½ hours and require the attendance of at least one supervising adult (mom, dad, grandparent, etc.). Please note that no more than two adults can be in attendance during the party -- unless, of course, they are participating (painting, creating, etc.) with the party or as a customer. All party guests must vacate the party area no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled end of the party so we can prepare for the next event. As well, the party area is sectioned into two areas, attendees must remain in the area of YOUR party. An additional $10 clean up fee will be charged if both areas are used.
GUEST PARKING: Our parties are DROP-OFF only. Overflow parking is located at the Sandy Spring National Bank in their back lot so that you don't have to cross the street if needed. We have permission to park there during their closed hours only.

ORATIONS: Party coordinators may arrive 15 minutes prior to party time to put up any special decorations or set-up. (Remember, if you didn't pay the additional $25 supply fee, you need to bring the napkins, cups, utensils and plates.)

We are very sorry, but for the sanity of our employees and to prevent breakages, NO BALLOONS, PINATAS OR NOISE MAKERS are allowed in the studio.
FOOD: Sure, you can bring food or have one of our local restaurants deliver to the rear Party Door! We have a special pricing arrangement with Jerry's Pizza & Subs - you can even call them in advance to schedule your delivery.
BOOK THE WHOLE STUDIO: For parties of 40 or more paying participants we'll book the whole studio time just for you. HOWEVER, if we book the studio and there aren't 40 paying participants, the party coordinator will be required to make up the difference ($500 minimum). There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required that will be applied to the final invoice. After-hours parties will cost $25/hour in addition to the bisque and other charges, to assist in paying staff for staying late. All parties must be cleared out no later than 9:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with manag
